Belgian Chocolate and Cherry Cake

This decadent cake is made from quality Belgian chocolate (at least 60% cocoa). Thanks to special tempering technology we have been able to create a highly enjoyable silky texture. The dark chocolate with its hint of bitterness and the tartness of the Italian morello cherry filling create a lovely bouquet of flavours.
