Quiche with Feta and Spinach

This French pie or quiche is baked from short crust pastry. We have added Greek nuances by using spinach, tomatoes, feta cheese, and a cheese and cream sauce enriched with aromatic seasoning.

This quiche is perfect for vegetarians. It is easy to heat in the baking tray at 160 ̊̊C for 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven. Serve it to visitors at a dinner party with some fresh salad greens. Ideal as a cold snack or as a warm side dish with grilled fish or meat. A nice gourmet present when visiting friends or going on a picnic.
