Kebab quiche

This French-style open pie or quiche is made of homemade pastry. We’ve added some oriental seasoning, some spicy kebab-flavoured meat and a cream cheese sauce enriched with aromatic herbs.

It is easy to heat the quiche in the baking tray at 160 ̊̊C for 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven. Serve it to visitors at a dinner party with some fresh salad greens. Ideal as a cold snack or as a warm side dish with grilled fish or meat. A nice gourmet present when visiting friends or going on a picnic.
